Our range of online school office tools are designed to save paper, print and admin for all staff. Integrated with the school MIS or used as a stand alone system, digital forms can replace a range of paper forms – photo/video consent, trip attendance and much more. All form results are saved in the website admin area, as well as emailed to specified staff email addresses.
Our electronic newsletters are a great tool to engage parents. This information can pushed via the parent App too. Teachers and support staff can be given ownership of content and adopt a little and often approach. Taking snippets of lessons in a matter of seconds; a quick picture of an experiment with a brief paragraph and the news blog is updated. At the end of the week, month or term these stories can be inserted into a newsletter or via the parent App and sent to a list of parents.
The school can choose to send whole school newsletters or individual newsletter’s from class, subject, house or even year groups. Parent feedback is phenomenal and staff engage the little and often approach; allowing them to produce electronic newsletters with limited admin.
